Do I need to register to order?

  • You can place an order by credit card without registering to use the site but we do recommend that you sign up so that you can benefit from additional features.

Why register?

  • Register to access online ordering for company formations, business information and AML products, pay on account and have complete control of your orders.
  • Access 5 years of order history, track the status of your orders as well as review and retrieve orders.
  • Add and maintain users and control who orders what by managing users access.

How do I register?

What are the payment options?

  • If you already have an existing account with Vistra we will link it to your online registration and your existing payment arrangements will be applied.
  • Pay as you go – you can pay for goods and services on a pay as you go basis by credit card. 
    On account – We understand that regular customers may find it more convenient to pay on account.
  • Subscription - You can buy our Company Information and ID and Fraud services on a subscription basis – we have packages available which can be tailored to meet any budget.  Contact us on 0117 918 1265 to find out more

Can I access my recent orders?

  • To assist with invoicing and administration, the My Account area displays details of orders placed via the website for up to 5 years
  • You can also access company reports ordered in the last month without being charged again.  If there have been any changes since your order we will update the report with the latest information available
