  • Preparing, holding, maintaining the company’s statutory records electronically, (incl. members, directors, secretaries)
  • Preparing and filing the (annual) Confirmation Statement of the company
  • Preparing necessary paperwork for the board/shareholders to approve accounts
  • Reminding when the AGM (if any) falls due
  • Reminding when the statutory accounts need to be prepared and filed
  • Filing the statutory accounts

Please further note that ad-hoc services, such as those listed below, will be charged on either a fixed fee or time-spent arrangement depending upon your preference:
