Update on The Small Business Enterprise and Employment Act 2015

Changes were announced yesterday to the implementation timeline for the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015.

The date when companies must begin keeping a Register of People with Significant Control (PSC) has been pushed from January 2016 to April 2016 and the date when it must be filed with the new "Check and Confirm" statement is now June 2016. Several other statutory requirements of the Act that were set for April 2016 have also been pushed to June 2016. (See the infographic for details.)
