Latest update - Small Business Enterprise and Employment Act 2015

As most everyone in business in the UK is now aware, the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Bill received Royal Assent on 26 March 2015 and became an Act. With it comes some significant changes to companies doing business in the UK.

In spite of the title, the Act (sometimes known as SBEEA) is going to impact companies of all sizes and sectors. With that in mind, we've created an infographic with the latest changes to the dates of implementation for major elements of the Act to help you remember when you'll need to take action to ensure your company is compliant. Some of the dates certain portions of the Act will come into force have changed over the summer months.

If you have questions about how SBEEA will affect your business, or would like guidance on how to gain compliance, get in touch with our corporate law team here.

Download and share your free pdf copy of it for here. Sharing links just below the title on this page.
