As most everyone in business in the UK is now aware, the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Bill received Royal Assent on 26 March 2015 and became an Act. With it comes some significant changes to companies doing business in the UK.

In spite of the title, the Act (sometimes known as SBEEA) is going to impact companies of all sizes and sectors.
